Paparisa Homestay, em Kri, providencia acomodações apenas para adultos com um jardim, uma área de praia privada e um terraço. Os hóspedes podem desfrutar de vistas do mar. Words can't describe how amazing the experience was. Paparisa is a brand new, small, private and secluded homestay with the nicest houses in Kri Island by far (compared to all the other homestays). The place has five "resort level" cosy houses with ensuite semi-open air bathroom (rare in Raja Ampat), big nice comfortable beds with mosquito net, a small private terrace in each house to relax or to watch the sunset and a small restaurant to enjoy your meals (they are building a nice sunset view big restaurant which they said will be ready by September 2025). They provide towels, toilet paper and linen so no need to bring yours. They have some toiletries but better bring some extra shampoo and shower gel for your convenience. Electricity is available almost half of the day and it is more than enough to charge anything in your room! The sea is just three meters from your door so you can easily swim whenever you want. This is also very convenient for diving or excursion's pickups as the boats pick you up straight from your door to go for diving or for a trip! Also, in walking distance you can snorkel in very amazing home reefs on your own. Paparisa rents for a small amount of money snorkeling equipment and these guys can also arrange several snorkeling trips to anywhere in the area. They also have contacts around so don't hesitate to ask them for anything you need! The communication before arrival through WhatsApp was exceptional and they have helped us a lot with our planning (the boat from Waisai to Kri arranged by them and a lot more). The food in the place is very tasty and feels like home and they are willing to cater any special dietary needs (vegetarian, vegan etc).

Korbekwan Homestay localiza-se em Besir e providencia um terraço e um restaurante. O alojamento apresenta vistas do mar. O alojamento também providencia aos hóspedes 1 casa de banho. minha estadia em korbekwan homestay foi excepcional. a família que mora na área é incrível, receptiva e muito acolhedora. os quartos são muito confortáveis e a vista é de tirar o fôlego. a noite, pude ver os plânctons na lagoa brilhando e durante o dia pude fazer snorkling nas redondezas do homestay. existe uma bancada de coral incrível que do deck do homestay pude ver polvos, lulas, estrelas do mar e uma infinidade sem fim de peixes! essa experiência mudou a minha vida. a família não fala muito inglês mas para mim foi mais especial ainda por que eles me ensinaram muito da língua local. fui para passar meu anivesário e até bolo de aniversário com direito à parabéns teve!

Nyanse Homestay - Raja Ampat localiza-se em Besir. Toalhas e roupa de cama são providenciadas neste quarto em acomodação particular. This homestay was the best ever, I would always put it in my list when coming back to RA, it feels like we have them as friends and family there! I don’t know where to start, apart from the absolutely stunning views on the oceanfront pier and balconies, especially during sunset and sunrise, I really have to highlight the food - it was always incredible, especially the veggies just wow. The breakfast and the deserts (fruit) was usually calculated with about 2 pieces per person if there were more people staying at the homestay, but that was fine since they also have an afternoon snack every day! Me and my partner are freedivers, so we were looking for spots between 3-20 meters with the main objectives to see mantas, sharks and turtels, and the family did its best with helping us planning the trips. All of the we did with the homestay and it was great, they always brought lunch and coffee and you could really see they enjoy being in the water and with the marine life as well. We went to Manta Sandy, Tangjung Putus, and Mansuar and all of them were great, yet in Mansuar there was loads of trash in the water (like generally around Kri and north of RA during rainy time) which is really a big downer and will hopefully change at some point. After having stayed also on Kri island, I know now that Nyanse Homestay is one of the cleanest places and their housereef is usually quite clean as well. Of course the corals there are not as great as the spots you go with a boat because they are also more exposed to sun and heat, but we saw a great amount of colorful and different fish as well as a turtle and 2 water snakes (watch out they are highly poisonous but they do not attack if you leave them alone, also some other divers told me they are so small so they could only potentially bite where the skin is very thin like the ears, so all good ;) ) Now the best thing - every single one of the family is such a warm soul. They even helped me prepare a surprise for my partner’s birthday

Best toilet facilities! Close to wayag! They make the trip amazing! They know really good how to navigate through rough weather! The food the best and the family amazing! We also missed the ferry and they got us to sorong!

Raja Ampat Sandy Guesthouse encontra-se em Saonek, a 15 minutos a pé de Waisai Torang Cinta Beach, e apresenta acomodações com um jardim, estacionamento privado gratuito e um terraço. The guesthouse is quaint, located in a quiet area of town. The room was exactly what we needed after a long journey to Raja Ampat. Our hostess was very gracious and helpful. We will be going to stay there again.

The owners were extremely helpful with organizing trips, answering questions, giving advice on places to stay. The breakfasts were always delicious and varied. They were very knowledgable about the region and were well connected. They arrainged a good scooter at a fair price. A great first landing spot off of the ferry from Sorong. I have already booked my second stay when back from the outer islands to prepare for the return ferry trip. International travelers will be happy here.

Lots of birds, fishes and ofcourse the marine life that is easy accessible from PapuArts Alter Native Stay. Family feeling; easily to feel at home with this lovely family of four (Helga, Timon and their 2 beautiful young daughters who love to make friends). Oh, and I forgot their two sweet dogs Ringo & Dingo 🐾🐾 Owners are very helpful and speak several languages so easy to communicate with them. Internet is sometimes a bit unstable so take that into account when expecting speedy replies (sometimes it just doesn’t work and patience is a good thing to have). The food - home style cooking (breakfast, lunch and dinner are all cooked by the owner and her team and she is a great cook; we loved every meal which was perfectly catered to our vegetarian / pescatarian wishes) The rooms are close to nature as well, with very comfy beds (we stayed in both the smaller and the biggest family room, which easily fits 3 respectively 4 people; the 3rd bed in the smaller room has a wonderful treehouse feeling and there is a bunkbed in the biggest room). Hard to capture the beauty of the rooms in just one picture (I took several but could only post one here with my review). You can hear the sea and birds from your bedroom. It’s right next to you. No frills, just natural materials, which we loved. Also no warm water, but easily to get used to. There’s a shower and mandi style shower. Also your own toilet. Plus the blue blue sea right at your doorstep and a lovely sitting area with a hammock to complete the zen-feeling. There’s a long jetty into the sea with a perfect spot for exercise/meditation/yoga at the end. Fitness with a view! It’s quiet and feels very private. You instantly feel relaxed here. Different excursions to choose from, both on land and on/under the sea. Please note: these come at an extra cost and Raja Ampat area is not cheap!!!! Amazing!!!!! Uau, thank you Aron for having us in your piece of paradise. Amazing place, super comfortable bungalows on top of the water with a hammock. You can see baby black tip sharks from your bungalow passing by. They have a great spot for the sunset!! Food is ok and enough for everyone. We would like to thank Raya for the amazing experience with the mantas, he wanted to make sure we had the best experience and he was super nice!! Thank you Aron and Monde for the kindness and the music, it was such a cool bonus to hear you guys singing!! We will never forget the days we spend here!
