One particular moment that truly stood out was when our car broke down during the trip. We were understandably concerned, but the team was incredibly helpful and proactive. They quickly assisted us with the car repair, coordinating everything and offering the support we needed so that our trip wasn't affected. This experience exceeded our expectations. Residenza Elisabetta is conveniently located in the heart of Verona. Among the facilities at this property are a luggage storage space and free WiFi throughout the property. Tot ha estat perfecte. El nostre avió arribava a les 0.45h i van esperar-nos. L'Andrea és una persona molt amable i detallista. L'habitació disposava d'una petita cuina compartida que va genial per no haver de fer tots els àpats fora. L'esmorzar és molt complet. Tens a la teva disposició sucs, cafè, aigua, infusions , pa, galetes a qualsevol moment del dia. Habitació confortable i molt neta. Molt ben situat, arribes caminant als principals punts d'interès.

Ens ha sorprès l'amabilitat del personal de l'hotel, un senyor encantador que ens ha atès molt bé, ens ha ajudat amb les explicacions, i sobretot per aparcar amb tranquil·litat. No donen esmorzar, però hi ha una sala on pots fer café i tès, hi ha aigua, i pastes. L'habitació donava al carrer però hi ha un silenci total, està situat al costat del riu, i a 5 minuts a peu del centre, tot està al costat i es pot fer a peu.

Very new apartment in a quiet neighborhood, nice furniture, perfect bathroom, well equipped kitchen. The host, Linda was extremely kind, she gave us city-pass to park our car freely.
