The hosts were extremely polite and kind to us. They made us welcome drinks and showed us to our rooms. The rooms had fridge and cosy lighting. I loved the garden feels. It was really peaceful. The breakfast was amazing. Simply marvelous the amount of variety we got. Thank you so much.

Sigiri Saman Home Stay asub Sigiriyas, 1,3 km kaugusel Sigiriya kaljult ja 4,1 km kaugusel Pidurangala kaljult. Tubades on konditsioneer ja privaatne vannituba. The staff are incredible, they even organized us a transport to Kandy! It is also really close the Lion’s rock and located next to some really nice restaurant! The Sri Lankan breakfast was also delicious!

Toad olid kenad ja kaasaegsed, samuti väga puhtad. Ööbisime täitsa uues majas, kuhu pääses mangopuude vahelt. Mõnus bassein ja kohapeal valmistati ka lõuna- ja õhtusööki. Omanik oli väga abivalmis ja aitas meid viimasel päeval, kui laps vajas arstiabi. Ta sõidutas meid oma autoga kohaliku arsti juurde ja hoolitses meie eest. Tundsime ennast väga hästi ja turvaliselt selles hotellis. Hotell ise asub keset dzunglit, ühel ööl oli metsik elevant meie maja kõrvalt mööda kõndinud, hommikul nägime jalajälgi.

Aiavaate, välibasseini, aia ja terrassiga Tree Trails Sigiriya asub Pidurangala kaljult umbes 5,3 km kaugusel. Kohapeal on restoran, tasuta eraparkla ja tasuta WiFi-ühendus. In the middle of the jungle, the staff is really nice and helpful, they managed many services for us (tuktuks, bike rental, safari, laundry and even umbrellas during the heavy night rains) We had all our meals there (breakfast was enough for lunch)

Our hosts were amazing! They welcomed us like family, prepared a delicious breakfast at the time we requested, and everything was super warm and sweet. We didn’t have time to use the pool, but we had a very pleasant stay overnight. Thank you so much!

Aia ja konditsioneeriga Jungle Eco Lodge & Safari asub Sigiriyas, 3,2 km kaugusel Sigiriya kaljult ja 6,3 km kaugusel Pidurangala kaljult. After somewhat difficult arrival because of the night rain and small car we had :-) we were kindly welcomed by our nice host Kumari, with whom we had an really interesting evening conversations during our stay. The room is nice and equipped. The breakfast was very good, freshly prepared, with local specialities. Located in a small settlement inside the jungle, one can really enjoy the nature around - and visit Sigiriya and surroundings.

Aiavaate ja terrassiga Sigiriya Moonlight Home asub umbes 2 km kaugusel Sigiriya kaljult. Kohapeal on terve päeva valve ja välikamin. Kodumajutuse tubades on konditsioneer. Amazing host, kind and a lovely family. Air-con room was spacious, very clean, and with comfy beds. Good size bathroom with hot shower. A well designed room with plugs strategically placed for convenience. Breakfast was really good, kids loved the coconut roll. Garden around the home is really beautiful. Convenient location, just a couple of minutes walk out to the Main Street with restaurants and cafes. Highly recommend booking at Sigiriya Moonlight Home. We would book again.

Yashi's Place Sigiriya asub Sigiriya kaljult 1,4 km ja Pidurangala kaljult 4,5 km kaugusel. Kohapeal on istumisnurk. Majutusasutusel on terrass ja tasuta eraparkla. Lovely hosts, they helped organise transportation for us to and from Pidurangala rock for sunrise as well as a car from their home stay to our next location, Kandy. Our safari was also suggested and arranged for us by our hosts. The little things go a long way. We arrived in a downpour and our hosts very kindly met us both by the cars with umbrellas whilst they helped us with our bags. Breakfast was delicious, too and we were enjoyed having dinner with the hosts on the first evening we arrived. When staying at Yashi’s place, you must visit the Lady Cafe at the end of the road - this was a great recommendation by the host and the best food we had throughout our whole trip in Sri Lanka. The room was large and clean. The gardens surrounding Yashi’s place were beautiful - we especially enjoyed seeing the peacocks in the trees as we ate our meals!

The location is beautiful, with excellent views of Pidurangala rock. Our host and his family were very friendly and helpful. The traditional home cooked food made for us was excellent with very generous portions provided for breakfast and dinner. Our host offered to drop us off at both Lions Rock and Pidurangala Rock in his TukTuk both mornings of our stay. The treehouse was really clean and relaxing, with a big comfortable bed, mosquito net and a very powerful fan that allowed us to get good sleep despite the heat. The bathroom is very unique and probably our favourite part of the accomm - a walled outdoor toilet and shower with nice plants around that made it feel like a garden. Thanks to Duwinda and his family for a memorable experience.

Külalistemajas on peretoad.... Villa Hanguk is an ideal spot if you plan to explore the Dambulla area. The owner is incredibly helpful, offering assistance with scooter or tuk-tuk rentals and organizing local trips. The villa is nestled just 400 meters from the main city street, surrounded by lush paddy fields. The beautifully maintained garden is filled with vibrant plants and flowers, offering plenty of cozy spots to relax—whether in a hammock, at a dining area, or playing table games. Being in the middle of nature, you can expect the delightful sounds of wildlife, including peacocks. It truly adds to the charm of the place. One of the highlights of our stay was the Sri Lankan food. The meals were not only delicious but also generously portioned. I highly recommend skipping outside restaurants and instead asking the staff to prepare dinner for you—you won’t be disappointed!
