Staff is very friendly and accommodating. The accommodation is a bit a mixture of a country lodge and a farm. Very special!

The property was excellent as well as the service, the personnel was kind, very helpful and available, food at the restaurant was super good, we stayed at the chalet during winter and it was very well heated. The property is right by the Azrou Forest so when we left the next morning, we met the infamous macaque monkeys on the street almost right away and enjoyed giving them some food. The property is quiet, close by to downtown Azrou where we walked around and found some street food (since we arrived late from Fes). Our host, Mohammed, was a friendly young gentleman who visibly enjoyed conversing with and exchanging stories with his guests. The breakfast outside by the Berber tent was a nice prelude to our visit to the Sahara later. (There's an option to eat in a large ballroom but who wants to when a Berber tent awaits outside?) Room was super clean, large with high ceiling, and very quiet. In our itinerary, this Azrou hotel serves as a nice alternative to overpriced Fes or Ifrane as it brought us closer to our driving target the next day, Merzouga.
