It is a very nice property with a lot of nice places to chill. The infrastructure is very good and the breakfast is great as well. We really felt at home here and extended our stay twice!

The property was spotless ! It was the cleanest I’ve ever been in Indonesia. The pool was huge and the rooms were nice and comfy, 3 beds which is nice for a dormitory. They clean everyday your room as well. That was a great stay.

Personal really nice and friendly, always open for helping or just even for talk. The view is amazing and you have space outside for chill. Very clean and you can do your laundry (smell very good) Just one thing, missing small lamps in the bedroom. I very recommend this place!!!

I had a fantastic stay here! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The entire place is spotlessly clean, and my room was no exception. With only two beds in the room, it offered a nice touch of privacy that you don’t often find in hostels. The bed itself was very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. I would definitely love to come back again!

I would 100% recommend this hostel, it really made my holiday in Gili Islands much more special. I felt immediately welcomed, breakfast was the best start of the day, water and tea available all the time was pretty great too. It's close to everything but far from the noise of clubs and bars. The room was cozy, clean and had everything I needed. Last but not least, the staff are great, Candra is really friendly and helpful, with great tips about tours and about Indonesia in general, as he's been a tour guide for long time. I knew about the proximity to a mosque when I booked but I didn't really mind, as I often sleep with earphones and got used to it while travelling in Indonesia.

My stay with Heri was perfect. His wife and him have a very welcoming and heartful hospitality. He has built all the accommodations by himself on his lands. He has a garden, grow his own vegetables, he also has chickens and a small cute river for fishes. He takes care of plastic the best way he can and try to go for a more automnous way of living. It is not luxury yet but I am pretty sure it will become better in time since Heri is working on accommodations more and more when money is coming. Rooms are pretty basics but are pretty. The windows gives directly on the nets balcony and that's really lovely. Services is perfect. Hery and his wife we make their best to help you. If you need transportation or information, they help you. Food was also wonderful, cooked by his lovely wife. Location is close to Lombok's main Harbour - 10min drive and there are few village close by. I didn't have the chance to visit since we spent much of our time playing chess and sharing our views with Heri. If you like to meet local people to understand better their cultur and daily life. I strongly recommend to stop by Heri's hostel - De Chicktoria Hostel. I believe this hostel is a perfect place to organise your plans, meet backpackers from all over the world and share a better way of living together 🌎 Thank you again Heri, See you soon

Very friendly staff, they love this island and know all its residents. So upbeat and personal. Totally recommend this as your first stop! I’ll go again!!
