The staff was extremely nice and friendly. They were very helpful with everything. I loved the dinner that is served once a week - delicious. Everything was clean and well organized. Beds feel like a tiny room - very isolated from the room with a lot of.privacy. Hot water was amazing.

This is the funnest hostel ever, always something to do and someone to talk to. Group dinners are delicious and a great chance to get to know everyone and the band that plays some nights is AMAZING.     Such a nice hostel. I stayed in 2 hostels in kuta and this one was way better. Very clean, a good balance between social and peaceful. Facilities are good. Grabs are so cheap to go anywhere! If I had the time I would be staying again. A cheap restaurant next door which you can order straight into the lounge.
