Would stay here again without hesitation, the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, they provided in-depth information on how to catch the bus to the boarder. They were also very kind in letting us have a late checkout due to food poisoning and even called another hostel to find us a room since they were booked up. Wifi was fast, rooms were clean, air conditioning worked great.

First off, I did not get his name, but he was so helpful and so so kind when we checked in. He was working September 10th in the late afternoon if that helps. It was near everything! The bus station that is vital is 2 blocks away. The bank, grocery store Peli, Taco Bell and McDonald's is about 3 more blocks more. So if you don't have a vehicle it's walk able! The room was nice, bigger then expected, with a comfortable bed, with a fan, TV, and we had a window towards the front which was nice air flow, and the shared bathroom was so nice, very well ventilated and kept clean around the clock. We didn't have much time to hang out, but it definitely had a lot of nice sitting spaces to relax, do work, or read and chill.

The atmosphere is great! The communal kitchen is fantastic! I stayed with my teenage children and they also had a great time. They surfed eith Marcos at the surf school and enjoyed it very much!! We stayed at a private room but enjoyed the hostel atmosphere and friendly people. There is no hoy water but actually It was so hot that we never missed it. It was ealking distance to Tamarindo beach and center, there were many supermarkets very close by. Excellent location! We will definitely come back!
