The host Omar is truly a great person. His wife is also so sweet. Omar is definitely one of the kindest people I've ever met. He made his place feel like home. He greeted me upon my arrival and provided a welcome drink. Anytime I needed anything he was available. He offered help with directions and even walked me around the village the first day that I arrived. His hospitality is top tier! I also have to highlight the amazing home cooked breakfast. Truly the best that I had while staying in Egypt! You can tell that he truly enjoys being a host and ensuring guest get the best experience will staying in Aswan!

The staff was very friendly, kind, helpful and paid attention in details. That was very impressive. The room was so nice, clean, comfortable, and the food was so delicious. The location is in Nubian village which is surrounded by colorful painting houses next to the Nile river. It is very pretty. Highly recommended!

It’s a beautiful place, build by a retired mother that worked as a teacher and now wants to leave a bussiness for her two dauthers. You can see the love on the place and wanting to do stuff as good as possible. They have little semiapartments with shared half kitchens (not stove but fridge, a sink, glasses and plates), the room I stayed had a balcony with beautiful views to the nile river, had airconditioning but also a fan, so you can chose. The shower has a heater, and though it has an interesting design just in the middle of the toilet, it works and is very good. The owner incredibly nice, very nice person to talk with. Her dauther is the only one doing Bird watching tours in Aswan (even being featured on the Lonely planet).

The host Gandi is super helpful, helping us arranging trip to Abu Simbel and Luxor. The driver to Luxor (i even didn’t know his name) is really nice, careful, and thoughtful. He drove us to 2 temples along the way in an unbelievable hot day. Our whole family likes him a lot. Hope he has a safe trip back home.

The view was amazing, I could sit on the rooftop alol day! Seko was the best host, so helpful and accommodating to all our needs, helping us with drivers and boats. Also we really enjoyed the boat tour with his brother - highly recommend!!!

This place is super special. The owner, Rehab, is a wonderful young woman who will welcome you warmly and help you with whatever you need. The hostel is very cute and beautifully painted. The outdoor area is a gorgeous view of the Nile in a Nubian style setting. It's quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Enjoy it! The private room is very comfortable. The shared bathroom was always clean. The room/bathroom are basic, but everything you need. The hospitality is anything but basic - feels like home! Rehab will help you plan your days (she even got on the phone with me a couple of times while I was out to help me), and her friend Om Youssef will cook you some amazing Egyptian meals if you wish. I was also able to get laundry done here. I absolutely recommend this place!
