I got upgraded to a double dorm bed with Seaview. It was very comfortable. The dorm also had AC. The view from the bed and living room was gorgeous! The main chill area is super comfy as well. All-day breakfast is a nice addition. Free drinking water and towels are provided. They had enough showers and toilets in separate cubicles. The location was in the city centre. Lots of information on tours and activities. In the evening, a lot of people came together to watch movies or chat. Spacious lockers in the dorms.

Free washing machine. Great view on the sea. And the most important: a really warm welcome and the owner, William, really makes you feel like part of the family. We had an amazing stay here. William is the best host you can think of. Very professional and fast when it comes to booking tours or diving sessions. But also always in for a good talk, good time, party, he really becomes a friend since the 1st day. The rooms are very clean and the place really has an appropriate name « the nest », it is how you feel staying here. I highly recommend this place for every kind of stay.

Access to the hostel and your room only by code you better memorize. Great communication with the owner, by WhatsApp. Close to the bus stand where they start for Kota Kinabalu from.
