Guests are kindly asked to clean the kitchen before departure. A free cleaning kit with the essentials is provided.
SERVICES:
A baby kit suitable for children under 2 years and weighing less than 15 kg, is available on request. The kit includes a cot with 1 bed sheet and a high chair for infants aged from 6 months old. Extra charges applied (from 35€)
When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge applies: 12 EUR per pet and per day. Please note that pets weighing less than 25 kg are allowed. (1 pet per apartment)

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A damage deposit of € 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
