Our Princesa Park 3000 Apartments are beautiful and modern accommodations located in Pas de la Casa. Situated right by the ski slopes of GrandValira, these charming apartments are ideal for a vacation or a few days of relaxation and skiing with your partner or family. This holiday rental complex includes both apartments and studios. We allow pets in all accommodations, so you can stay in Pas de la Casa with them whenever you like. The studios can accommodate between 2 and 4 people. They are open-plan spaces of 33 square meters. Here you will find a beautiful living-dining room with a very modern kitchenette. This area includes a double bed and an Italian-style sofa bed for two people. They also have a complete and modern bathroom with a shower. Some studios have a charming terrace where you can eat on sunny days or dine with your partner by moonlight. Several studios also offer side views of the mountain, making them ideal for relaxing and resting while gazing at the snow in winter or the green nature of the Andorran mountains outside the winter season. As for the apartments, they can accommodate between 2 and 6 people. They feature a living-dining room with a kitchenette and an Italian-style sofa bed for two people. Additionally, they have two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a small room set up as a dressing room. Like the studios, they have a complete modern bathroom with a shower. When the GrandValira ski resort is open, these apartments are a great option to enjoy winter sports thanks to our accommodation and ski pass offers at GrandValira.

Princesa Park 3000 Apartments are located in a prime position, right by the GrandValira ski slopes in Andorra. In fact, they are just 250 meters from the station's lifts, so it will only take you a few minutes to walk there and start enjoying the skiing. Andorra la Vella, the capital of the Principality of Andorra, is only 18 kilometers away from our accommodations. It is the ideal destination for shopping, or to spend a pleasant day of relaxation at Caldea, Andorra's largest spa center. You can buy tickets to Caldea through our website during the booking process for this accommodation. The town of Puigcerdá is just 20 kilometers from the Princesa Park 3000 Apartments, and Font-Romeu is only 26 kilometers away. Both are very beautiful towns worth visiting. Getting to Princesa Park 3000 Apartments by road is extremely easy. It is possible to reach them from most parts of Spain using the A-2 or A-22 highways, combining them in the last kilometers with various national roads. If you are traveling to Pas de la Casa by train or plane, you can take a train or plane to Andorra la Vella and from there, catch the bus that connects the city with Pas de la Casa.
