The fine print
Please be informed that the Kids Pool, Tennis Courts & Padel Courts, and Jogging Track are unavailable due to waterpark construction.
Additionally, please note that for all bookings staying over the night of 31st December, a compulsory New Year Gala Dinner charge of AED 1,900 per adult and AED 800 per child (6-11) applies on 31st December. The New Year’s Eve deposit policy is applicable for all bookings staying over 31st December.
The hotel requires a 100% nonrefundable deposit for the entire stay (including the compulsory gala dinner charges). Deposit to be collected 30 days prior to arrival.
Guests at this location are considered children between the ages of 0 and 11. Any guest 12 years of age or older will be considered an adult and will be subject to adult pricing.
Waterpark access is not included in the price.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform Grand Hyatt Dubai in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
A damage deposit of AED 1,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
