Hostel Arka asub Shkodëris, Bari sadamast 49 km kaugusel. Kohapeal on aed, toad, baar ja tasuta WiFi-ühendus, mis levib kogu majutusasutuses. Külalised saavad suupistebaaris jooke nautida. Kõikides tubades on voodipesu. Igal hommikul pakutakse hostelis Itaalia hommikusööki. Ümbruskonnas on populaarseks tegevuseks rattasõit ning hostelist Arka saab jalgrattaid rentida. Lähim lennujaam on Podgorica lennujaam, mis jääb 58 km kaugusele.
