The property is next to the beach. Is located right next to Premium Hotel Beach and OAZ Hotel. It has all the main amenities of a beach apartment and free WIFI, AIR CONDITIONED and a Smart TV with android OS. Very comfortable for families and couples. 30 meters from the beach. There is another "twin" apartment, same building same floor in front of each other. Perfect for tow couple or families traveling together. Contact me for further information.
The space is organized in an one-bedroom apartment shape. There is a living/common big space with tow sofa bed, flat TV with android, balcony with sea view, and the kitchen with all the main amenities. The bedroom is organized with one queen bed and one single bed which makes the apartment perfect for a family of three. The bathroom has a washing machine, and all the stuff as in the photo except body shampoo, shampoo and other personal stuff.
There are only tow balcony that you can access, enjoining the view do barbecue and drink with you lovers.
I'm a software engineer and my hobbies are sports and I've taken part on some triathlon races and some half marathon. I love to eat sea food, drink a beer under the sun and a glass of wine under the moon.
I personally live in Tirana (about 40 km from the house) but my parents lives in Durres (10 km from the house) and they are who manage the apartment directly, i'm the one who manage the apartment online. Hope that you are reading this enjoy your staying at my apartment and to have a wonderful holiday in Golem.
It is a quite place. 30 meters in front of the apartment there is a pedestrian where you can walk at the night, it is full of people, bars, restaurants and parties. It is perfect for families and couples.
On-site there is "Bonita" and "Dolce Vita" that do parties, while "Hotel Premium" has a dedicated happy hour for children. You can find every type of fast food, restaurants, markets, bar on site, from the cheapest to the mos expensive one. From Asiatic cuisine, Italian cuisine, Turkish cuisine and so on. You can park on site.
