The location is perfect for exploring the city and its surroundings. The apartment is only a 20-minute drive from Përmet’s famous thermal waters, an ideal spot for relaxation and wellness. Nearby, you’ll find some of the best local restaurants, including Trifilia, Antigonea, and Zgara e Pashait, as well as markets and tobacco shops right at the entrance of the building for added convenience.

The neighborhood is pretty calm with a direct view of the " Vjosa " river the longest wild river left in the Balkans.There is a school near the apartment but don't worry it will be pretty calm throughout the day as the school term has finished.Also in the neighborrhood we have one of the best restaurants in the city " Trifilia " located 1 minute away from the apartment.They serve very delicious traditional food so feel free to go there anytime .The neighborhood is 100 meters from the city center and the same distance from the "The city stone " which is one of the biggest attractions located in the city.
