The home is in the second floor of the building. As you open the door you will find yourself in a large open space, made of the kitchen, dining area and the living room. Its interior is a mixture of minimalism and japandi style, making you feel the summer breeze as you walk in. Later on you will find two cozy bedrooms designed with warm tones. Each one with a considerable balcony in the middle of nature an sea view.
The neighborhood is really quite, full of greenness and amazing views, with security guards around the place, which gives you the feeling of relaxation, safety and vacation. The closest market near the apartment is 50 meters as well as a pharmacy, gym, restaurant, bar and spa. The beach is 200 meters from the apartment. There are also other bar/restaurants, beach bars, and many more around the area.
