Enjoying a quiet location near the beach at Tea Residence , these 13 villas offer panoramic views of the Adriatic Sea and Cape of Rodoni. Guests can enjoy a two bedroom, one toilet, with kitchen and living area and two terraces in each of the villas. Free WiFi is available in all areas. Decorated to high standards the double bedrooms feature a terrace with all the amenities carefully chosen up to date and with high quality. The spacious villas come as duplex with a fully equipped kitchenette, a dining area, seating area, and a terrace with sea or garden views. The villas are spread over 4000 m2, and include free parking in the premises. The seashore is located less than 200m away from the villas and with a short walk of a couple of minutes you can enjoy the sea, sunbathe and organize also different activities such as hiking nearby

Tea Residence is located in Gjiri i Lalzit, 45 km away from Tirana and 36 km away from Durres. The nearest airport is Tirana international Airport, 41 km away. There are other locations that can be part of the holiday whilst organizing cultural trips or sport activities such as: 13 km away is Cape of Rodone (Cultural site and best for tracking), 51 km away Kruja City (Cultural site) and Dajti Mountain best known for hiking which is located 73 km away from the residence.
