.Also, our newly renovated, 4-room Bed and Breakfast has always been loved by missionaries, missions teams and Christian business men and women needing a nice place to stay. It is reasonably priced and provides a wonderful, Christian environment and is open to all people regardless of their beliefs. Three rooms have two twin beds and two rooms have Queen size beds and each have their own private bathroom with shower as well as air conditioning and heating. We provide in- house laundry service, for a small fee. We have FREE internet access; and airport pick-up/drop-off can be arranged.
Owners and founders of the Stephen Center, Chris & Laura Dakas are American Christian missionaries who established the Stephen Center B&B just after the country of Albania was opened in 1991 (after the fall of communism). Their hearts to serve gave them insight into seeing the need for a place to welcome travelers as guests to a clean and cozy place to relax and enjoy eating first quality and homemade style American and International foods. Also, they desired to teach and train the local Albanians how to cook, run a small business and serve ALL guests in the Bed & Breakfast and the Restaurant with excellent, friendly and professional service. We hope you come and enjoy your stay and know that all are welcome!
We are located in the beautiful Pazari i Ri district of Tirana. The Stephen Center Bed and Breakfast & Restaurant are in an excellent location… a 5 minute walk to the city Center called Skenderbeg Square where you can visit the National History Museum, Opera House , Historical Mosque and a large modern upscale multi storied shopping mall called Toptani. And much more!
