The co-founder of DMA Group, located in Durres, specialized in customer service, renting and selling apartments , renovations, car rentals, taxi and bus transfers and organizing excursions around Albania in Czech, Polish and English language by the guides licensed by the Ministry of tourism in Albania.

The comfortable apartment "Vitamine Sea" is located directly on the beach in the popular and vibrant area of Shkëmbi i Kavajës (Rock of Kavajë) in Durrës. The apartment has all rooms with sea views, including a spacious balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee or watch the sunset with a glass of wine.

Neighbourhood information

The apartment is located in a modern building with a lift and has private parking in front of the building (cannot be booked in advance, fee 2 EUR/day). Right in the building you will find a well-equipped supermarket, a restaurant and a café with a pastry shop where you can enjoy breakfast from a local pastry chef. Beach chairs are available for a fee (1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds in front of the building for a fee of 5 EUR/day) or you can enjoy a public beach for free. Next to the building there is an outdoor seasonal 25 m long pool with sunbeds, which our guests can use for a fee (5 EUR/day).
