Amar guesthouse is situated on the 2nd floor of a 2 story house. The guesthouse is entirely private and has a private enteracne as well. The hosts live on the first floor and are available for any inquiries during your stay.The guests can enter to the guesthouse through the main gate of the house, the guesthouse is on the second flow, the entire house is private for guests only. Our guests also have an access to the large backyard and front parking.
The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood in Nor Aresh within 10 mins walking distance from Erebuni Fortress Museum. There are shops and mall nearby, green parks with cafes around and amenities for children.We provide free secured parking for our guests. The nearest bus stop to city center is 7 mins walking distance from the house, taxis are available upon request. All nearby sights and shopping locations are within a walking distance.
