Jasmin apt has balcony, 2 separate bedrooms and is on the 2-nd floor of the 4th floor building, within 5 minutes walk from Republic square and metro station, fascinating souvenir park "Vernisaj" and 2 supermarkets. Under the balcony is the car parking place. Meeting at the airport and sightseeing tours in Armenia are upon request on Toyota Rav4 and Nissan Quest minivan. The apt is equipped with everything necessary for living and preparing food. Yerevan city map and WiFi are available in the apt and are free of charge! Security lock is installed to the entrance. Jasmin apt is non-smoking! Please, smoke in the balcony! My 2nd Vernisaj apt is within 5 minutes walk from Jasmin apt, please let me know if you need 2 apts.
I am financial auditor in an international organization. Like traveling, have great interest in professional photography and skiing! Always available to my guests on Viber/WhatsApp. I live separately nearby and pay visits to my guests upon necessity. Often invite my guest to my house for a dinner, a cup of Armenian coffee or glass of Armenian brandy.
