The house is located on the most beautiful shore of Lake Sevan in the village of Shorzha. The village of Shorzha is located in the eastern central part of Lake Sevan. distance from the city of Yerevan: 110 kilometers. The village is located at an altitude of 1932 meters above sea level. In Shorzha, the dilapidated ruins of an Armenian church of the 17th century, Armenian chapels of the 16th century have been preserved. and others of antiquity. The ruins of the fortress, tombs dating back to the 1st millennium BC have been preserved in the village and its environs. It dates back to the 2nd-1st millennium. There is also a church in the village, built in the 16th century and restored in 2009. There were also many finds. How the settlement of Shorzha has existed since BC. In the 1st millennium. In front of the house there is a calm beach. From the house to the lake about 15 m. The balcony offers a very beautiful view directly to the lake.
