Aia, tasuta privaatse parkla ja baariga hostel Capsula Refugio Oeste asub San Carlos de Bariloche'is, 18 km kaugusel Civic Centre'ist. Kohapeal on ühine köök, turismiinfo ja tasuta WiFi-ühendus. Mittesuitsetajatele mõeldud majutusasutus jääb Nahuelito pargist 5,9 km kaugusele. Hosteli kõik majutusruumid on jagatud vannitoa ja voodipesu kasutamise võimalusega.
