Located only 9 miles from the town of San Martin de los Andes, Province of Neuquen. It’s a property of 3,200 sq ft with 2 acres of garden, built in two stories on the side of a hill overlooking the golf course (18 holes Jack Nicklaus design). The house is inside Chapelco Golf Resort (lot # A 42). This Club has a restaurant, tennis courts, river with fishing lodge, polo fields and much more amenities. Property description: Upstairs: Reception hall, large living room with fireplace and toilette, kitchen with dining room, terrace overlooking the golf course, master bedroom suite with bathroom and fireplace. On the Ground Floor: Garage, TV room with LED HD, 3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. Fully-furnished with linens (sheets and towels). Underfloor heating and aluminum openings with double glazing, ceramic floors and large closets. Kitchen equipped with gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, electric kettle, blender, fryer, coffee machine and telephone line for international calls.
