A newly built apartment close to the ski lift (5-10min by foot) and with a view on the grimming gives you the ideal location to enjoy skiing in Tauplitz, a cosy small typical Austrian town. It has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet and a kitchen with the necessary kitchen tools. A 50inch flatscreen is available in the living room plus each of the 2 main bedrooms has a 24inch television as well. (satellite connected) *Read Me* Underground parking spot is available for one car. If you come with 2 cars, the second car should be parked in the village of Tauplitz itself. (tips will be sent by email when booking the apartment) A tourist tax of 1.5/person/night will be collected cash at check in. Also a damage deposit of 150EUR is collected cash at check-in and will be returned if the property is returned in the original state as it was received.
Hi, We are a couple from Belgium that likes to travel a lot. A few years ago during one of our travels we passed through Salzkammergut and we fell in love with the area. The lakes, the mountains, the typical Austrian green pastures during summer and the enchanting snow covered landscapes during winter made this an ideal go to location for us when we want to escape the hectic work and city life in Belgium.
Tauplitz a village that lies in the centre of Austria and has a ski lift that brings you to the Tauplitz Alm, the highest lake plateau of central Europe. During winter this gives you - thanks to his geographical location - a snow certain region with 43km of ski slopes, and with 177km one of the longest cross country ski networks in Austria and also one of the most beautiful. From Tauplitz you can go and enjoy thermal baths in Bad Mitterndorf, Bad Aussee and go hiking in the Dachstein mountain range. Besides that, you can do some cultural visits in Hallstatt, visit the salt mines or during summer enjoy swimming in one of the many lakes such as Grundlsee and Altausseer see.
