every apartement is on the ground floor and features a own south terrace with outdoor furniture, and a garden with BBQ . our apartements features one, two or three bedrooms, please note that the number of beedromms made available in the apartement depends on number of guests. if the flat is booked for 2 persons, only one bedroom will be available. if the flat is booked for more persons two or more bedrooms will be avaibeled. Bathroom with shower und toilet. hairdryer are provided.towels for free. Fully equipped kitchen included dish washer , microwave, stove with ceran plate, coffeemachine , refrigerator/freezer. further a living area with couch ,flat screen satellite TV, and a fire place. W-lan free. bike / ski storage , drying room and free accessible carport.non smoking house. reservation and booking by austrian hotel regulations.

apart lechtraum built 2012 , sleeping rooms renovated 2019 ,situated direct by the lechtrail. near the town with a mini market , butcher and a bakery.
