Company information

The Bergkristall flat house has been run as a family business for 50 years. In 1965, grandparents Alois and Maria Geiler laid the foundations by renting out comfortable rooms. Since the grandson Anton Kofler Jr. took over in 2019, intensive work has been carried out on the renovation. This has revived the tradition of the hotel. We (Anton & Christina) have been welcoming our guests to the winter hiking & mountaineering village of Kartitsch since 31 December 2023.

All six flats are equipped with handmade and carefully selected furnishings. The attention to detail invites you to relax and enjoy. All flats include the same furnishings, have a balcony and offer enough space to relax - whether on holiday alone, with friends or with the whole family.

Our flat house is centrally located - perfect for all those who want to relax away from the crowds and at the same time enjoy nature right on their doorstep. Experience East Tyrol's unspoilt mountain world with all its possibilities: Hiking, mountain biking, cross-country skiing or downhill skiing - here you will find peace and adventure in equal measure. Discover ski touring and winter hiking in Austria's first winter hiking village - Kartitsch - and enjoy the magic of the snow-covered landscapes away from the hustle and bustle. From our flat house, you can be in South Tyrol in just 15 minutes. Sure, everyone knows the famous hotspots like the Three Peaks or Lake Braies - but there are still many hidden gems away from the crowds.
