The 60sqm large, newly renovated apartment is located in a charming typical St. Pölten old building, a few meters from the pedestrian zone in the center of St. Pölten. The bedroom faces the quiet inner courtyard and has 1 comfortable box-spring double bed (180cm) and a single bed. In the living room there is a double sofa bed, a walk-in closet and a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and coffee machine. The private parking space, which is included in the price, is in the inner courtyard (locked at night) right next to the apartment.
Not far from the pedestrian zone, right in the center of St. Pölten. St. Pölten train station is a 6-minute walk away. Quiet location, numerous stores and restaurants within walking distance. Private parking lot available.
