Property information

Our accommodation is located at an altitude of 1500 meters in a very unique location. To ensure a pleasant arrival, we offer a comfortable shuttle service to the accommodation, and of course, we take care of your luggage. In the summer, the surrounding area invites you to go hiking, cycling, and much more. In winter, the "Gschwandtkopf" ski area is right on your doorstep, and just a few minutes' drive from our accommodation, you'll find another ski area, "Rosshütte," which is perfect for families as well as adventurers. The Seefeld region is also known for its excellent cross-country ski trails, which you can explore over 245 kilometers. Ingo and Claudia at the neighboring mountain restaurant will take care of your culinary needs. You'll be well taken care of here, from breakfast with regional delicacies to a 3-course dinner and great drinks at the bar. Chalet G12 is designed for family and friends' vacations, corporate incentives, and much more. It features 4 living areas, each with its own charm, individually integrated into the overall design, lockable, and equipped with its own living and kitchen area as well as 2 bedrooms. All living areas can be used separately, yet there is plenty of space for togetherness.
