NEW 2022 Tyrolean lifestyle - CHALET LECHTRAUM Erected in Canadian log cabin style, made of natural, winter-felled spruce tree trunks, insulated with sheep's wool. Experience a unique living climate with the feeling of warmth and security in your own log cabin. The custom-made open kitchen with cooking island and counter has an induction stove with an extractor hood, microwave, oven, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and a free-standing fridge / freezer. The rustic dining table offers space for 4 people. Comfortable couch, flat screen TV and fireplace. A wooden ladder takes you from the living room to the gallery, with sleeping accommodation for a maximum of 2 children. Behind the 200 year old wooden door there is 1 separate bedroom with a large double bed. From the bathroom, with a separate toilet and open shower, you can access the Fassauna directly via the terrace. On the 700m2 plot with terrace and garden, you can also use the lockable outbuilding with bike / ski cellar, washing machine and dryer, as well as a small workshop - for your sole use. Carport and additional parking space available.
Our newly built CHALET LECHTRAUM was completed in Marz 2022. We warmly welcome you on our own with great attention to detail, sustainably equipped with original Tyrolean reclaimed wood. The Chalet LECHTRAUM in Stanzach is located in the Tyrolean Lech Valley Nature Park. Directly on the edge of the forest, in a residential area, you can reach the town center with a supermarket and restaurants in a few minutes. Nestled between the Allgäu and Lechtal Alps - the ideal starting point for many leisure activities. You will find the family ski lift Stoamandl with a practice slope and ski school as well as a ski rental on site. The Lechweg, also groomed as a cross-country ski trail in winter, is about 10 minutes' walk away.
