A lovingly renovated wooden house with phenomenal views of the lake "Wörthersee", large south-facing garden with apple trees and vegetables to harvest. Hiking trails, running courses behind the house, bike paths in front of the house. Centrally located - near Klagenfurt University, Tecnology Park Lakesidepark, Klagenfurt Stadium.
