The apartment - around 80m² in size - is fully furnished with a mix of old and modern pieces. Underfloor heating as well as wall heating create an enjoyable atmosphere. The apartment is divided into a spacious bedroom with a double bed, a modern and open kitchen with a dining area, a living room with a flat screen and sofa-sleeper for additional two guests as well as a bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet and washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, steamer, oven, induction job as well as fridge and freezer. The apartment is situated in a quiet location. The city center as well as supermarkets, cafes and restaurants are within 5min walking distance. Outdoor swimming pool as well as tennis and football courts are very close to the apartment.
