Property information

This apartment is located in the historic Hotel Austria building in the heart of Gmunden. Built between 1869 and 1871, the former hotel was a renowned spa and society venue during the 19th century. The apartment itself once served as the hotel’s conference hall and still features original proportions such as high ceilings and large windows. Today, the building is known as “Treffpunkt Austria” and houses a mix of residential and commercial spaces. The apartment offers modern comfort in a unique historic setting – just steps away from the lake promenade, the town hall square and Gmunden’s best cafés and shops.
