See keskse asukohaga hotell paikneb endises 19. sajandist pärit pesuvabrikus. Hotelli vahetus läheduses on metroojaam, kust jõuate kiiresti Viini vaatamisväärsuste juurde. Kesklinn ja Schönbrunni palee on mõlemad majutusasutusest Fabrik ühistranspordiga umbes 7 minuti kaugusel. Hotell Fabrik pakub mugavaid mittesuitsetajate tube, kus on konditsioneer, lameekraaniga televiisor ja vaikne nurgake vaatega siseõue. Õdusas fuajees on avatud kamin ja tasuta traadita internetiühendus. Hommikusööki Rootsi lauas saab nautida terrassiga hommikusöögisaalis. Restoran pakub nostalgilises õhkkonnas loomingulisi roogasid, mida saab ilusa ilmaga süüa ka terrassil. Margaretengürteli metroojaam (liin U4) on vahetus läheduses. Längenfeldgasse jaam (liinid U4 ja U6) on vaid lühikese jalutuskäigu kaugusel ning trammid nr 6 ja 18 peatuvad otse hotelli Fabrik juures.
