Between Pack and Wörthersee, right in the historic heart of Carinthia, the medieval Griffen Castle sits on a rock. Nestled at its foot is the market town of the same name, which also includes the holiday home Nuova Via. From the holiday home you can reach Carinthian hotspots such as Hochosterwitz Castle, the sports town of Wolfsberg, St. Paul Abbey or Lake Klopein in less than 30 minutes. The holiday home itself is located on a hill in the Grutschen district at a refreshing 650 m above sea level. It enchants with its secluded location and a breathtaking panoramic view of Styria and Slovenia. The house offers 160 square meters of space on two floors for a relaxing family or group vacation for up to 8 people
On the ground floor there is the fully equipped kitchen with electric and table stove, pantry, dining room, the cozy living room, the spacious bathroom with corner bathtub and shower as well as the toilet. On the upper floor there are two spacious bedrooms and a toilet. For relaxation, a sauna area (infrared + oven) is set up in the adjacent building. In front of and around the house, a spacious lawn, the garden and 2 terraces invite you to enjoy an outdoor holiday.
The holiday home Nuova Via is the perfect temporary home at any time of the year. The large, beautiful Carinthian lakes are less than 40 kilometers away, climbing, hiking and cycling can be done right on your doorstep and skiing is worthwhile on the nearby Petzen or Klippitztörl. Lots of culture in the area, delicacies from the surrounding farmers and the proverbial Carinthian hospitality make the Nuova Via holiday home your holiday home.
