The apartment is 52 square meters, with a well equipped live-in kitchen and a large sleep settee for 2 people. One main bedroom with double bed, shower / toilet, a washing machine and a storage room. The live-in kitchen has tv, fridge with ice compartment, sink, cooker and oven, coffee machine (coffee pads available from the landlady), kettle, cutlery, glasses and crockery. Bedding and towels are also included.

Our newly built house is situated in a quiet lane on the mountain of Distelberg, completely on the sunny side of Zillertal. We live just over 1050m above S.L which allows for a breathtaking view of the Zillertal Alps. We rent a non-smoking apartment for 2 to 4 people. On site we have free W-Lan, car parking space and a warm, dry room as ski depot or for wet clothing. Please note: During the winter it is absolutely necessary to have winter tyres and snow chains. These are not always needed but must be available in the car...just in case! The ski resort of Kaltenbach is approximately 6 km away and the resort of Zillertal Arena is about 7km. In summer as in winter our house is an ideal starting point for hikes and mountain walks as there are signposted routes leading directly from the house. From here the hotel / restaurant Talblick is only 15 minutes walk (also reachable by car in 3 minutes) and the Kapaunsalm and other mountain summits lie at various distances, all conquerable within a few hours.
