The apartment was completed in 2024 and meets the most modern construction standards. The apartment is bright, spacious, and flooded with light. It offers a generously equipped kitchen, a spacious living/dining area, 2 bedrooms, 1 toilet, 1 bathroom with shower and toilet. A special highlight are 2 furnished terraces that invite you to relax in comfort. In addition, the apartment has a gallery (approx. 10m²), which offers 2 additional mattress sleeping spaces if necessary.
The Salzkammergut is one of the most beautiful regions in Austria and impresses with its combination of numerous lakes, mountains and world-famous places such as Hallstatt or Bad Ischl, both of which are UNESCO World Heritage Sites. The holiday apartment is around 300 m (5 minutes' walk) from Lake Mondsee (public bathing area), the lido at Attersee (Unterach) is just under 3 km away and can be reached in 3 minutes by car. An idyllic restaurant (Gasthof See) is located in the immediate vicinity directly on Mondsee, and further restaurants and shopping opportunities can be found in the idyllic community of Unterach.
