Our apartments are located in Kaltenbach and offer perfect connections for all leisure activities. The skibus stop is located in front of the house. The ski resort Hochzillertal can be reached within 700m. Best conditions for an active holiday! Arrive and feel comfortable. The comfort is not only determined by the size of our apartments, but also by the beautiful equipment. This is why you find everything you need for a happy holiday in our apartments: Such as an excellent equipped kitchen, free wifi, a large sauna area (reservation on arrival, a small extra fee per person and usage day) and several parking lots in front of the house. Enjoy the best time of the year surrounded by your family and friends! We are always there for you, whether if there occure questions or small insider tips for leisure time activities are needed.
