Welcome to the FP Apartments by we rent - your perfect holiday flats in the centre of Kaprun! With us you will find your holiday home that meets all your needs. Whether you are travelling with your family, your partner or as a nature lover and skier - our modern flat house, which opened for the first time in August 2023, offers you first-class accommodation with a magnificent mountain view. Our flat house FP Appartements has a choice of five spacious flats, ranging in size from 36 to 67 square metres. Enough space to feel right at home. Each flat is newly furnished with modern equipment to guarantee you an unforgettable stay. As a guest in our holiday flats, you can enjoy a range of amenities. We offer a garage with free parking spaces so you can leave your vehicle safely. So you don't have to worry about finding a parking space. In addition, each flat has its own balcony from which you can enjoy a breathtaking mountain view. Relax on your balcony and let your eyes wander over the majestic peaks like the Kitzsteinhorn. As an additional benefit as a guest in our flat house, you will receive our bonus card with several advantages on selected shops as well as the mobility card. This allows you to use all our public transport in the Pinzgau area free of charge!

Kaprun is a place that delights in winter as well as in summer. As a renowned winter sports area with a total of 408 perfectly groomed kilometres of pistes (incl. Schmittenhöhe, Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn), it offers first-class skiing opportunities. Here you can conjure up your turns in the snow on the snow-covered slopes of the Kitzsteinhorn. In summer, the region turns into a true paradise for hikers and nature lovers who want to explore the breathtaking landscape and enjoy nature to the fullest. Right next to our flat house there are several restaurants, sports shops as well as supermarkets all within walking distance. The nearest lift is the MK-Maiskogelbahn with direct access to the Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski area (600 metres away).
