The accommodation has 100 m² and consists of two bedrooms, a living room, bathroom and toilet separately and a fully equipped kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. Currently, the accommodation offers 6 sleeping places, in addition we can provide 4 more sleeping places. The apartment is super usable for 1-2 families, transients, business travelers, as the accommodation is only 1.3 km from the A2 freeway exit Gleisdorf West. Longer stays are of course possible. To Graz it is about 15 minutes by car. So it is easy to visit fairs, concerts or events in Graz. A supermarket (Unimarkt) is within walking distance (1 km). Also public transportation like bus and train. There are three guest parking spaces directly in front of the house. There is also room for a caravan team or trailer or a camper. Bicycles can be safely parked in our cottage or locked in the basement.
We enjoy it when we can support our guests and they can relax and recharge their batteries in our house.
In the surrounding area there are many relaxing spas, beautiful golf courses and also a 3D archery course around the corner. The apartment can be reached from the highway in two minutes.
