Our grand terrace (40 m2) with an incomparable view of the Danube Lakes is a unique feature which you will not find elsewhere. The terrace is hidden from view on all sides. This means you can sunbathe without being observed by anybody! On the terrace there are two beach chairs waiting for you to relax on during the day. This will surely get you into the real holiday feeling! In the evenings you can enjoy sitting at the bar table outside. Looking over the Danube Lakes (while having dinner and a glass of wine) will give you another unforgettable sentiment of being on vacation. Inside the apartment you have everything you need to spend carefree holidays: a kitchen with all the necessary equipment (coffee machine, kettle, plates, cups, pots, pans etc.), a living room with a cosy couch, a big flat screen with satellite TV, a CD player, books, puzzles, card and board games, a dining table/desk, and of course, a bed room with wardrobes and a clothing rack. Furthermore, there is a bathroom with a beautiful marble floor and a separate room for the toilet.
There is a beautiful, green beach right in front of the house. You can swim in the Danube Lakes, relax in the sun or under the trees, play or watch beach volleyball on the court, jump on the water trampoline, hire a pedal boat, enjoy a snack, an organic ice cream or a traditional meal at either the cosy Strandcafé or the rustic Wirtshaus Gruber. You can also hop on your bike, slip in your rollerblades or get in your hiking shoes and ride or walk along the Danube on a safe path and enjoy the World Heritage Site, called the "Wachau" wine region. There are beautiful towns to visit and great restaurants, taverns or little snack stands to stop by for a bite to eat. We believe you will be having a great time in our house and in the surrounding area. Come, see and experience for yourself! We are truly looking forward to host you.
