Property information

The high-quality 98 m2 furnished 4-room smart home apartment by the river Ill, is located directly on the bike path in Bludenz. Shopping / shopping possibilities are in the immediate vicinity. The cycle path on the doorstep, which leads all the way to Motafon-Bregenz, invites you to cycle and exercise. The city center, Val Blu (outdoor and indoor pool) and the Muttersberg, our local mountain, can be reached in a few minutes. The Brandnertal, which can be seen from the window, can be reached by bus or car in 20 minutes. Forget everyday life and just enjoy it. Barbecue on your own terrace or a game night with good friends or family. In winter in the fireplace room darts playing, listening to music or drinking a delicious Vorarlberg beer, on for skiing or tobogganing. In summer, enjoy a bike ride or hike like the miller's desire :). Of course we also have an outdoor pool in the Bludenz the Val Blu. We are looking forward to seeing you your Adri and your Rene
