Haus Obauer is centrally located In Wagrain, just opposite the town square, with only a 5 minute walk to the Grafenberg lift and right in the center of shopping and restaurants. If you need to bring lots of equipment or have small children with you, you can jump on the skibus almost right in front of Obauer. The apartments in Haus Obauer are spacious, well-furnished and have either a large balcony or terrace, from which you have a wonderful view of the city and the mountains. The apartments in Haus Obauer are well equipped and all have free WI-FI. There is a large indoor parking basement below the house, and an elevator, which can bring you up to the apartments. In the basement, you will also find a ski room with a booth dryer. On the ground floor there is a bakery and butcher shop and just a few steps away from the front door you will find banks, restaurants, tourist information, etc. A more central location does not exist. So if you are looking for an apartment with a central location in Wagrain, close to everything, Obauer is the ideal choice. All apartments are strictly non-smoking.
