Furnished in a cosy country-house style, this hotel is only a 15-minute walk from the Areitbahn ski lifts and the shore of Lake Zell. A ski bus stop is 100 metres away. Hotel Landhaus Zell am See features bright rooms and a cosy hotel bar. Facilities also include a sauna area with relaxation room, a heated ski cellar, all rooms have bacony and mountain view. The lakeside beach and lido are in the immediate vicinity of Landhaus Zell am See, which is located in the district of Schüttdorf. The cable car to the Schmittenhöhe (110 km of slopes) is an 8-minute walk away. The cross-country ski run can be accessed right next to the hotel. The Zell am See-Kaprun Card is included in all rates from May to October and offers many discounts in the region and free access to local attractions.
