Land-Pension Kaiserhof asub väikeses Preini külas Lõuna-Alam-Austrias Raxi ja Semmeringi mägede vahel. Kaiserhof on traditsiooniline nostalgilise õhkkonnaga külalistemaja, kus on traditsiooniliselt sisustatud toad koos privaatse vannitoaga. Majutusasutuse Pension Kaiserhof külalised saavad lisatasu eest kasutada lähedal asuva hotelli Raxalpenhof sise- ja välibasseinidega spaad ning tenniseväljakuid. Seal asub ka restoran Zirbenstube. Semmeringi ja Stuhlecki suusapiirkonnad on majutusasutusest Land-Pension Kaiserhof umbes 20-minutilise autosõidu kaugusel. Preinis on looduslik kelgurada. Raxi köisraudtee on 10-minutilise auto- või bussisõidu kaugusel. Rax on populaarne matkapiirkond ja seal on ka suusatõstuk.
