Spacious well-maintained modern flat with 3 separate bedrooms, large living room (with sofa bed), 1.5 bathrooms and a spacious kitchen. Flat is fully equipped. Far view from the 3rd floor (without lift!). Parking facilities at the front door.
Top location: Lake Wörthersee (approx. 1km - 15min walk); university, restaurants & tennis courts around the flat; Minimundus & reptile zoo (Reptilienzoo Happ) 5min walk away.
