Streetview Wien is a former flower shop, which was rebuilt in 2012 and turned into a fully equipped holiday apartment. It's about 60m2 with a large and bright living room, a cozy bedroom, a bath and 2 entrances. Streetview Wien is located in a very quiet part of the Fasanviertel a neighbourhood of the 3rd district, and it's excellently connected to the City, the airport, Wien Mitte and the Central Station. In only 6 minutes the tram takes you to the Vienna State Opera and the historic center. It's close proximity to train hubs makes it an excellent basecamp for tours to the surrounding areas of Vienna. The Botanical Garden and the Belvedere Palace are virtually on the doorstep. The loft is fully equipped with induction hob, dishwasher, range hood, microwave, espresso machine for ESE Tabs (CIALDE), cable TV, wireless internet, safe, complete dishes, (wine) glasses, gas heating, a ceiling fan filtered Viennese fountain water from the mountains of Austria. You'll also be equipped with books, magazines and travel guides for the region. The bedroom has a double bed and in the a large living room is a sofa bed with real mattresses, which can be opened to a comfortable double

Interior design, travel, books, cinema

We can highly recommend the Botanical garden (of the University of Vienna). It's only a few blocks away and gorgeous. If you're here with children you might enjoy the free public pool in the Schweizergarten. There are a few restaurants nearby. We can recommend Hakka Cun, an excellent Asian resto on Rennweg 25 or Pizzeria Pozzuoli at Fasangasse 7 with their famous wood stove pizza. If you're inclinced to get in touch with the locals - and Austrian cuisine – we can recommend the Falkensteiner Stüberl in Kleistgasse 28 or Lucullus at Neulinggasse 29, which has the most georgeous garden dining area. For a coffee or for breakfast please check Chilai at Rennweg station or BackWerk at Fasanplatz. Also keep in mind that your close to the Opera and the heart of Vienna. Take the tram 71. It'll take only 6 minutes.
