Welcome to the Sweet Dreams apartment. I would be pleased to receive you in person and show you everything you need to know about the apartment. If you have any questions about the apartment or about the city of Vienna, I am at your disposal. For me it is a big concern that you feel comfortable in the apartment and can spend a nice holiday! I attach particular importance to the cleanliness, comfort and the inventory of the apartment: Kitchen: induction stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, extractor, sink, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, refrigerator Laundry: washing machine, dryer, drying rack, steam iron, ironing board Communication: free Wi-Fi, A1-TV 50 channels and Amazon Prime and Netflix (fee) Security: First aid kit, fire extinguisher, smoke detector, security lock, security windows with exterior blinds, outdoor speaker room: 2 king size double beds, 2 large wardrobes , 1 dining table, 1 work table, 1 chest of drawers, 1 wardrobe, 1 crib for children. Starting equipment (starter portions) with coffee, coffee cream, tea, mineral water, dishwashing liquid, dishwashing tablets, detergent, soap and shampoo

TOP-CITY-APPARTEMENT: The entire typical Viennese apartment building including apartment (53m²) in the 10th district (Favoriten) close to the center was completely renovated in 2018 and modernized. Infrastructure and Equipment is brand new and meets the highest quality standards. One of the highlights: Our king-size beds (180cm * 200cm boxspring beds) of the US luxury brand Serta. Residential area with little traffic in front of the park at Humboldtplatz. The city center can be reached in 10 minutes via U1-Keplerplatz. Even in midsummer the temperature in the apartment is pleasant!

Neighbourhood information

In the immediate vicinity (2min on foot), is the Favoritenstraße. There are plenty of shopping opportunities: supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy, bank, fast food, clothes shops, a beautiful church and much more. Only 3 underground stops away is the city center of Vienna with all sights. If you arrive by train or plane: The Vienna Main Train Station (Alfred-Adler-Straße 107, 1100 Vienna) is only one underground station away from the apartment! The nearest underground station: Keplerplatz (line U1) can be reached in 2 minutes on foot from the apartment. From the subway station Keplerplatz there are only 3 stations to the city center of Vienna (station: Stephansplatz)! If there is no parking in front of the apartment I can park the car: Parking P + R Eva-Zilcher-Gasse - Wien | APCOA recommend.
