The Tauplitzerhof is located in the centre of Tauplitz in the Styrian part of the Salzkammergut, only 250 metres away from the Ski Amadé lifts. Cross country skiing trails start 500 metres away. All sound-proofed rooms are equipped with traditional Alpine style furniture, and a bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. Most rooms also have a balcony with mountain views. A sauna, a herbal steam bath, a solarium, and a massage parlour can be found in the spa area. In summer, guests can reach 2 golf courses within 20 km, or go horseback riding or mountain biking in the green Alpine surroundings. The Tauplitzerhof features a restaurant, a pizzeria, a café, a barbecue terrace and a winter garden. Bad Mitterndorf and Bad Aussee are only a short drive away from the Tauplitzerhof.
