Property information

New opening in December 2020! The Verwall apartment with 115m² living space and 25m² balcony is located at the foot of the Arlberg at 1.000 m above sea level and leaves nothing to be desired. The spacious apartment is located in a small residential complex and can accommodate up to 8 people. In addition to two bathrooms, finnish sauna with infrared heater and a fully equipped kitchen, the large living-dining area invites you to a cozy get-together. You can park comfortably in the parking garage (2 parking spaces). From there you can reach your own 5m² ski room with ski boot dryer and storage. An elevator takes you to the 2nd floor, where you step into the Verwall Apartment Arlberg. The large south-facing window with a sunny balcony offers you a fantastic view of the VERWALL - a mountain group in the Alps with hiking trails, huts and striking mountain peaks.

Neighbourhood information

In 5 minutes you can reach the skiing and hiking paradise SONNENKOPF or in just 12 minutes the world-famous SKI ARLBERG. Free buses take you to the ski areas several times a day (bus stop nearby). In winter, the groomed winter hiking trail leads directly behind the house. In summer, various hiking trails invite you to enjoy outdoor activities and the surrounding mountain peaks and lakes (such as the Formarin or Spullersee) call to the heights. There is a lot to experience in winter and summer - right on the doorstep. The GUEST CARD, which you receive free of charge from us, offers you a varied program. We look forward to you!
